i found the room very comfortable, i had everything i needed. complimentary snacks and tea and coffee were also great. the staff was very nice. we had a restaurant right below us, it was very handy.
the bed felt quite firm. i noticed a musty bathroom smell. it seems the bathroom needs maintenance, i saw a faulty fan.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful . the location was very convenient. It was easy to walk everywhere i wanted to go. the complimentary treats in the room were a nice, unexpected touch. i would definitely stay again!
the room was quite warm, a bit uncomfortable to sleep in. there was noticeable noise from the street outside. live music and then cars and sirens kept me awake. it would have been better with some soundproofing.

The hotel offered a big welcome tray with chocolates, tea, and coffee. The accommodation for three people had a great layout with two rooms. The room felt warm, sweet, clean, and tidy, it's much appreciated.
The access felt a little different because it's above a restaurant. There is no parking space directly at the hotel.
